Indianapolis police have found a key witness in a murder trial who they say skipped out after changing his mind about testifying against his former cellmate. Thirty-one-year-old Ocie Brasher is being held in the Marion County Jail. He was found in the basement of a house yesterday.

Police had been looking for Brasher since July 8th, when he disappeared from a witness room. Brasher's mother told a judge that she got a phone call from a man who said, "I've got your son."

Brasher was arrested on a warrant on charges of robbery and criminal confinement. He also faces a charge of resisting law enforcement.

After Brasher's disappearance, his written deposition was used as evidence and his former cellmate was convicted.
