Spokesman Jake Wark from the district attorney's office in Suffolk County, Massachusetts, says Rockefeller should face arraignment later today in Boston, after he is booked and processed.
Police say Rockefeller abducted his 7-year-old daughter, Reigh Boss, July 27th on a supervised visit. Police apprehended him Saturday in Baltimore, where he had purchased a house and boat. He faces charges of felony parental kidnapping, assault and battery and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
