Police say Gunnell stabbed the two people who live there when he tried to rob them. The victims, a 48-year-old woman and a 50-year-old man, are in fair and guarded condition.
Handyman held on attempted murder charges
At approximately 6 a.m. Saturday, police say 36-year-old Thaddeus Gunnell forced his way into an apartment in the building where he works at 50th Street and South Cornell Avenue.
