LG unveils mini-notebook at electronics fair

South Korea's giant electronics company LG debuted its new mini-notebook computer at the Consumer Electronics Fair in Berlin.The X-110 may be tiny but it has a new generation of mobile technology and lots of storage, thanks to an 80 gigabyte hard disk. The X-110 goes on sale next month for just under $600.

And, for the first time at the show, domestic appliances are on display. High-tech washing machines, refrigerators, and vacuum cleaners are drawing visitors. Show organizers say it demonstrates a growing interest in more energy and water efficient appliances.
