Man accused of soliciting teen for sex

MIDLOTHIAN Prosecutors say 40-year-old Charles Mowder of Midlothian used e-mails, phone calls and instant messages to solicit the teenager.

Mowder is also charged with child pornography. Investigators say they found images and video on his computer.
