Police say the offender has been seen wearing a clown mask or white face paint with teardrops drawn on his cheek and wears blue or multi-colored overalls.
The person is thought to driving a white or brown van possibly with some of the windows broken out.
Anyone seeing a person matching the description is urged to call police.
