CHICAGO --
The installation of a spire on top of the Trump Tower has been postponed. Plans called for a helicopter to lift sections of the spire into place this weekend but city officials are putting off the installation. There is a potential conflict between the installation and the city's annual fall 'Boat Run' when boats move from lakefront down the river and into storage for the winter.
