Obama campaign workers say wages unpaid

INDIANAPOLIS Several hundred angry people protested outside an Obama campaign office in Indianapolis claiming they are still waiting to get the full pay that's due to them.

An Obama campaign spokesperson confirmed 375 workers were signed up to do last minute canvassing before Election Day.

Three hours of campaigning got workers a $30 Visa card. Some workers say their pay came up short or not all.

"I was expecting $405, and today I got paid $90," said Daniel Saunders, campaign worker.

"Basically, they said we wasn't in the system and we didn't get no type of pay or no type of money," said Shawn King, campaign worker.

Many campaign workers eventually got paid, but some were told missing wages would be sent to them by check in the mail.
