On Saturday night, an SUV crashed into a building on West Bryn Mawr on the Northwest Side.
Eight-year-old Troy Evers was thrown from the car and died. A 12-year-old boy in the car was hurt.
Charges filed in boy's crash death
CHICAGO The driver, 71-year-old Richard Gorney, is charged with aggravated DUI and reckless homicide. He's due to appear in bond court Monday.
