Federal investigators say they can't determine the specific cause of a plane crash in Montana that killed two Chicago-area men last year. But icing could have played a role.

Sixty-nine-year-old Allan Hamilton of Huntley was flying his Cessna when it crashed while landing during a storm. Thirty-year-old Glen Ellyn resident John Mark Wauterlek was also killed.

The two were business associates.
