Jan from Orland Park submitted this recipe.½ lb. butter or margarine, room temperature
½ cup confectioner's sugar
2 egg yolks
2 cups flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add egg yolks, then add flour gradually.

Chill 5 minutes in the freezer.

Make a small ball ? not quite a teaspoon - and press down with tablespoon dipped in flour.

Fill center with various fillings.

Bake 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
