Some Chicago aldermen have learned that little has changed nearly two years after they complained about minority representation in Chicago's 2016 Olympic bid.Chairman Pat Ryan testified Monday before a council committee that minorities got only six percent of the contracts awarded by Olympic planners this year.

Minority aldermen are temporarily withholding their approval of the acquisition of Michael Resse Hospital. That approval is needed to pave the way for construction of an Olympic Village.
