January 7, 2009 (CHICAGO) Attorneys for Tom Tuduj say he was not in the right state of mind when Gary Poter was murdered 2 1/2 years ago.
They say Tuduj was depressed and sleep deprived when he stabbed his boss at the Poter Construction and Development Company on Chicago's Northwest Side.
