Three people were rushed to area hospitals. One person was pronounced dead at Holy Cross Hospital. The two others were taken to Mount Sinai Medical Center, police said, where one died. The third occupant was listed in critical condition.
Two people were initially reported to be unconscious on the scene, according to the Police Major Accident Investigation Unit.
