When Allan Mui popped the question to his unsuspecting bride-to-be, Carmen Tse, it turned into a celebration.
"[It was] pretty good. She was totally not expecting this. So, it's good. I think it turned out great," Mui said.
The bride-to-be was too shocked to talk, but friends, relatives and people at the store were there to help celebrate the moment. Now, they just need to set a wedding date.
