Man charged in kidnap, assault of 4

May 14, 2009 (CHICAGO) Jimmie Smith, 34, is charged in the alleged abduction and sexual assault. He's also charged with attempted murder.

Police say two 21-year-olds and two 14-year-olds were taken from the South Side last weekend to a home in Harvey where they were assaulted and held against their will.
