wls
By ABC7
June 4, 2009

Vandals used spray paint and industrial putty to deface meters on the 4900-block of North Winthrop Ave.

Other meters were damaged on Argyle Street and Clark Street.

Police say the putty can be scraped off with little damage being done to the meters.

Police also believe the vandalism was done by the same person or people.
