Hundreds of veterans and other guests attended a special Mass and musical salute to the troops on Friday night. Ten alumni who died fighting in Vietnam were also recognized.

July 3, 2009 (NILES, Ill.) More than 5,000 American flags adorn the lawn in front of Notre Dame College Prep. Students, faculty and other volunteers placed the flags there to represent each life lost in the wars.
