'My Pal Scout' toy recalled

July 23, 2009 The recall involves Leapfrog's My Pal Scout. It's a green and beige electronic plush dog with plastic decals on its paws.

The company has received two reports of children removing those decals and choking on them.

The toy was sold at retail chains nationwide and online.
