Around 3:30 Thursday morning, a man driving a van was shot in the head.
Twenty-nine-year-old Joshua Darnell was found dead in the van in the 1800 block of East 71st Street after he crashed.
Minutes later, a 30-year-old driver was shot and wounded in the 1900 block of East 71st, then crashed.
No one is in custody for either shooting.
