Robert and Rod Blagojevich are both charged in a scheme to allegedly sell President Barack Obama's former U.S. Senate seat.
Robert, who lives in Nashville, Tenn., was one of his brother's top fundraisers.

He told the "Chicago Sun-Times" he was shocked by his and his brother's arrests. He said the way prosecutors framed their case against them is greatly exaggerated.
