Blago bro talks about investigation

September 4, 2009 (CHICAGO) Robert Blagojevich says he does not plan to plead guilty and will fight the charges against him in court. He told the "Chicago Sun-Times" he was shocked by his and his brother's arrests. He said the way prosecutors framed their case against them is greatly exaggerated.

Robert and Rod Blagojevich are both charged in a scheme to allegedly sell President Barack Obama's former U.S. Senate seat.

Robert, who lives in Nashville, Tenn., was one of his brother's top fundraisers.
