Baseball coach out of hospital after shooting

Sept. 7, 2009 (CHICAGO) The shooting happened Sunday at Abbott Park, which is located at 95th Street and Michigan Ave. in Chicago's Roseland neighborhood, as an adult baseball league was playing a game.

League founder James McDowell says he's been told there may have been a dispute between Coach Glynn Hall and a player over playing time.

A family member told ABC7 Chicago Sunday that Hall was in fair condition in the hospital. She said the player became upset because Hall wouldn't let him play. The relative also told ABC7 Chicago that the player shot Hall four times, once in each arm and twice in the back.

Police have not made any arrests.
