The victim is identified as Kenneth L. Erving. Police say he and the suspect had a domestic relationship. She could face charges as early as Monday.
Police hold Green Bay woman, 41, for stabbing man

Police say they got a report of the stabbing shortly after midnight Sunday when a man walked into the lobby at the Green Bay Police Department and said his sister told him she had killed someone. She was arrested in a private home.
