According to police, victims receive a call from a man claiming to be a police detective. The man says he has people in custody who withdrew money from the victim's bank account. He tells the senior citizens to withdraw funds from their bank account, to confirm that *tellers* are involved in the fraud. The criminal then meets the victim, shows a badge and takes the money.
