Wheaton-Warrenville supt. resigns

October 16, 2009 The school board announced Richard Drury's resignation at a meeting last night. A statement says Drury and board members disagreed over "the leadership and direction of the school district."

Speculation about Drury's future started when he began taking vacation days on September 22 and never returned to work.
