Volunteers learn to work with parade balloons

November 14, 2009 (CHICAGO) That's why a group of volunteers attended 'parade school' Saturday outside of the Museum of Science and Industry. They practiced their skills on a giant Bob the Builder balloon.

After a couple of hours, they probably were able to adopt Bob's motto of, "Yes we can."
