Timothy Lightfoot, 18, was arrested Wednesday in downstate Champaign County.
The Great Lakes Fugitive Apprehension Unit, which includes Chicago Police and U.S. Marshalls, made the arrest working with the Champaign County Sheriff's Office.

November 26, 2009 (CHICAGO) Martel Barrett was on his way to school when he was shot near 67th & Damen. He later died from his injures. Barrett was a student at Dyett High School.
