Torres is a convicted felon who was arrested in Lakeview Tuesday.
Torres allegedly took his ex-girlfriend from her South Side home and held her against her will at a North Side motel.

Man charged in attack on ex-girlfriend
December 3, 2009 (CHICAGO) Pablo Torres, 35, of the 3800-block of North Broadway in Chicago, is charged with attempted first-degree murder, aggravated kidnapping and aggravated sexual assault after the November 25 attack in the 5900-block of North Ridge Road.
