Chicago sees violent crime reduction

New figures from Chicago police show an overall drop in violent crime.Compared to November of 2008, Chicago saw a drop in murders this November by 13 percent.

There was a 10 percent decrease in criminal sexual assaults. Aggravated battery was down by almost 8 percent. Robberies were down almost 5 percent.

And property crimes also dropped with motor vehicle thefts down more than 20 percent.
