Teacher allegedly rented room in prostitution case

December 10, 2009 Scott Carlson, 41, is a computer teacher at Lane Tech High School. He's charged with keeping a place of prostitution.

Carlson was arrested along with 21-year-old Jessica Shea of Chicago. She's accused of offering sex to an undercover officer in exchange for money.

Investigators say the officer responded to Shea's ad on a social networking web site. She was arrested in a hotel near Midway Airport.

Carlson was arrested in the parking lot of the hotel. Investigators say he rented the room.
