Carpentersville: No money for fireworks
December 17, 2009 A nearly $2 million budget shortfall forced village trustees to vote unanimously to deny a $7,500 request by the Dundee Township Park District to help pay for the fireworks show. The park district and Carpentersville were co-sponsors of the event.
