Egg Harbor Cafe at Home Quiche

December 23, 2009 2-3 ingredients of your choice
Recommended: bacon or ham, spinach, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese or Swiss cheese

4 Eggs
1 Cup Half & Half
1/2 Cup Real Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons Flour
1 9-inch un-baked refrigerated pie shell

Pre-Heat oven to 350

Hand whisk eggs, half & half, mayonnaise, and flour. Mix in ingredients of your choice and pour into the un-baked piecrust. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour until the quiche is set and the crust is golden brown.
