Man charged in dice game murder

A 28-year-old Chicago man has been charged in the killing of another man last year on the city's South Side.Robert Mitchell, 28, of the 6800-block of South Perry, has been charged with first-degree murder stemming from a fatal shooting after a dice game November 15.

A 20-year-old man was killed in the 500-block of West 58Th St.

Police say it took several months to convince unwilling witnesses to talk. But this week Mitchell, who was already being held in the Cook County Jail on an outstanding Wisconsin warrant, was charged.
