Staph infections reported at Naperville school

Three confirmed cases of antibiotic resistant staph infections have been reported at Naperville Central High School.School officials say families have been notified to assure them that there is no immediate health danger.

They say extra cleaning was completed at the school during spring break.

The students have contracted MRSA, which is a type of staph infection that is resistant to antibiotics called beta lactams.

In all 3 cases, the students have been cleared by the doctors to return to school.
