The company will offer rollbacks of up to 30 percent below everyday prices on 22 products and everyday essentials that customers buy on almost a weekly basis.
Walmart says the savings will include national brand names and will add up to about $28 in savings for each customer. The retailer says the latest rollbacks are based on an online survey of more than 1,900 mothers nationwide.
Seventy-eight percent said saving money on basic and everyday items is critical during the recession.
