Authorities say they are not sure if the victim was female or male.
An autopsy is being conducted to determine the cause of death.
Body found wrapped in plastic and duct tape
May 30, 2010 (CHICAGO) The body was found Saturday morning in the 1400-block of North Milwaukee. Police say it had decomposed and was wrapped in a plastic tarp and duct tape.
