Police returned fire, striking the man. He's now hospitalized in critical condition. No officers were hurt

June 15, 2010 (CHICAGO) It happened late Monday night near Vernon and 69th.
Officers were trying to question the man when he started to run.
During the foot chase, the man allegedly pulled out a gun and shot at police.
