Report: Pastor to testify in Peterson trial

June 25, 2010 (CHICAGO) The former Bolingbrook police officer sergeant is charged in the death of his third wife, Kathleen Savio.

The Chicago Tribune reports the pastor can testify about a counseling session in which Stacy Peterson said her husband talked her into providing a false alibi for the weekend of Savio's death in 2004.

Stacy Peterson disappeared in 2007.

Drew Peterson has pleaded not guilty to killing Savio and says Stacy left on her own.
