In both cases the fake cops were in an SUV with lights and sirens.
In the first case the offender threw a glass bottle striking the victim's vehicle when the victim pulled over.
In the second case, the victim pulled over, and the driver approached the vehicle and identified himself as a Prospect Heights officer. When the driver asked for the offender's badge the man left the scene.
