The victim told investigators the assaults began eight years ago when she was 5 and continued as she grew older.
Ray is charged with two felonies.
Authorities at the Cook County Sheriff's Office say they believe there may be more victims. They are asking anyone whose children may have had contact with Ray to contact detectives.
