Blagojevich and his brother, Robert, have pleaded not guilty to corruption charges, including allegations of trying to sell or trade a U.S. Senate seat.
Jurors have been deliberating for nine days as of Monday, when they went home at 5 p.m. They will be back Tuesday at 9 a.m. and it is not known when they will have a verdict.
While jurors were sequestered in the jury room, a Blagojevich lookalike from California entertained the media at the Dirksen Federal Building by holding a press conference. The actor is in Chicago on vacation and looking for publicity.
Sources say the lookalike's hair is real.
