The accident took place around 1:25 Thursday morning on Grass Lake Road in Antioch Township.
An eastbound vehicle collided head-on with a westbound vehicle. The driver of the westbound vehicle was pronounced dead at the scene. She is identified as 22-year-old Danielle Trevithick of Spring Grove.
The 23-year-old driver of the other vehicle and his two passengers were all critically injured.
Prosecutors are considering possible charges against the surviving driver.
