Premium Arabica coffee beans jumped almost 2 percent to more than one dollar and 88 cents per pound. That's the highest since September of 1997 and analysts fear prices could go even higher.
Coffee makers including Folgers, Maxwell house, Millstone and Dunkin Donuts already increased prices earlier this month.
