Man killed in West Loop shooting

August 31, 2010 (CHICAGO) Officers found Paul Harris shot in the torso around 1:30 a.m. in the 1100-block of West Madison.

Harris was taken to Stroger Hospital where he was pronounced dead. No one is in custody.
