Chicago's City Council aviation committee is meeting Tuesday to discuss the expansion project at O'Hare airport.

Mayor Daley wants aldermen to approve $1 billion in new bonds because the money is needed to keep the project moving forward. It is about halfway done. But the city is apparently running out of funding for the massive project.

The full City Council is expected to vote on the measure Wednesday.
