It says all operating systems on the bus appear to have perform as designed. The CTA says the steering wheel was checked on the scene and at the shop and was working properly.
The agency says it wants to do more tests that would include taking apart portions of the bus. But a court order prevents that right now.
The CTA has been ordered to preserve the bus in its current condition.
