Bassam Naoum, 59, was shot to death Saturday night inside his store at North Orleans and West Oak.
Police are ruling out robbery as a motive because some valuable items and money were left behind.
Family and friends held a vigil Monday night in front of the store where Naoum was killed. Hundreds came to honor 59-year-old Bassam Naoum. Candles were lit and the crowd was told how the man known as "Ollie" supported the community.
Basoum was a Jordanian immigrant who came to this country 40 years ago.
