Suburban resale shop benefitting women to re-open

Fire destroyed the original Wings store in Palatine in June.

This Sunday, a new temporary Wings store will open at the Park Place shopping center in Palatine.

Wings stands for 'women in need growing stronger.'

Before the fire, the store provided about $40,000 a month to support shelters for homeless and abused women and children.
