Police say Ronald Culver had an inappropriate relationship with a student. He was arrested Monday night.
Culver taught English and drama at Lake Zurich High School and was also the adviser of the Lake Zurich drama club.
Culver resigned his position Friday after school officials became aware of the allegations and contacted police.
