Ground was broken in Chicago's Streeterville community Tuesday for what will be the world's largest Ronald McDonald house.

Bears defensive back Peanut Tillman joined Ronald McDonald and other guests for the ceremony. ABC 7's Mark Giangreco was the emcee.

The house will be located near the new Ann and Robert Lurie Children's Hospital which is set to open in 2012.

The house will have 86 guest rooms and will serve as a home away from home for parents of kids being treated at the hospital.
